Our 60-Night Promise

We want your little one's hands to actually take to their Calmpals buddy. That's why every order is backed by our 60-Night Promise: if it's not right for your child, email us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — and you're welcome to keep the buddy. No forms, no return postage, no hassle.

How to start a refund

Email customerservice@calmpals.store with your order number and we'll sort it within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card provider).

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they're dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our 60-Night Promise applies instead.
