Welcome to Calmpals. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our products

Calmpals sells soft comfort and bedtime products for children. Our items are comfort companions and fidget/comfort objects — they are not medical devices and make no medical or therapeutic claims.

2. Ages & supervision

Our products are designed for children aged 2 and up. As with any children's product, an adult should supervise use. Products are not intended for babies or cot/crib use.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in AUD as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors, at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our checkout providers. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Returns

Purchases are covered by our 60-Night Promise and Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and the Calmpals name — belongs to Calmpals and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Calmpals is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
