Where we ship

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $49 ship free.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Shipping time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–8 business days. Most orders arrive within about 6–11 business days of ordering.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way — please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.

Delays

Occasionally carriers or customs cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, email customerservice@calmpals.store and we'll chase it down for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to help.
